End of term letter.

Re. End of Term 2021 Arrangements and Start of Term 2022 Arrangements

Dear Parent/Carer,

I am writing to you with details for the end of this term and beginning of the next one.
School will close for the Christmas holiday at 12.15 on Friday 17th December. We will
organise for your child’s transport home to be rearranged.

School will reopen for pupils on Wednesday 5th January, 2022 at the usual time of
8.50am.

During week beginning 17th January 2022, the School will be holding mock examinations
for all Year 11 pupils: during this week school will begin at 11.0am on the following days:
Monday 17th January, Tuesday 18th January, Wednesday 19th January, and Thursday
20th January. School will run normally on Friday 21st January.

In addition, the School will be holding an Open Day event on Wednesday 9th February
from 4.0pm - 6.30pm: you are very welcome to attend this, and we particularly welcome
parents of Year 11 students as we would like to discuss your child’s attainment in the mock
exams.
